What We Do
IronStride Solutions is a Denver-based engineering firm specializing in traffic engineering and the implementation of technology in transportation. Our staff has served in lead roles on many of the major transportation projects across Colorado, and we continue to work closely with our clients to deliver epic projects throughout the state.

As an industry we have a huge job ahead of us to prepare our existing transportation infrastructure to meet future needs, but our team is passionate about the work we do and the future we are building through improved safety and mobility in our local communities.

Traffic Engineer
We are currently seeking candidates for a position focused on traffic engineering and the technology-related elements of transportation projects. Job responsibilities will vary based on current projects and the candidate’s level of experience, but could include design, studies, scheduling, project management, client interaction, third-party coordination, construction observation, and submittal review.

A successful Traffic Engineer demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.  A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with MS Office are required, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.  The ideal candidate can manage and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines; and brings experience with traffic engineering, technical writing, MicroStation, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), or tolling systems.

Our Culture
At IronStride, we strive to be a great place to work.  With a tight-knit small business atmosphere, we are intentional about developing strong internal team dynamics, pursuing work that our staff enjoys, supporting continuing education and involvement in professional organizations, promoting a culture of quality and respect, and serving our clients to the best of our ability.

Being a small business means that everyone works hard, but we also play hard and support each other in our passions and commitments outside of work.  We support our staff by offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, including 100% company-paid health insurance premiums for employees, tuition assistance, cell phone plan, and a strong 401k retirement plan.

If this sounds like an environment where you will thrive, and you love the idea of having a positive impact on our transportation network, you may be a perfect fit for the team!
