Topic: Q&A with Jennifer Toth

Jennifer Toth, Director & County Engineer for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation, will be our special guest.  Jennifer had a long road to get to her current role, but she couldn’t be happier with where she is now.  Her motto is to work safely and provide customer service with a smile.  Come hear Jennifer’s story, ask your burning questions, and network with other young transportation professionals from ITE and YPT!

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the public works field.  She has spent the majority of her career working in the public sector and is currently the Director for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) as well as the County Engineer. Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has worked on a variety of public works projects including planning, design and construction projects.  She is a leader in building coalitions and partnerships with a diverse constituency and is well versed in leading change, innovation and process improvement. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
