Notes about the available rooms:

  1. The room block is only available until Tuesday May 19th. After this date, reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the hotel's then prevailing rates.
  2. The conference regular room rate starts at $191 per night + taxes and fees.
  3. There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate on Tuesday June 9, 2026, Friday June 12, 2026, and Saturday June 13, 2026, based on estimated early and late attendance. Be sure to book your rooms early if you anticipate staying before or after the conference.
