Description:  It all started with 3 guys in a garage. In 1969, a three-person civil engineering and surveying firm began making its mark on Montana with a single purpose: To Plan and Design Enduring Communities. As the community grew, so did the firm - hiring more engineers, moving to bigger offices, and eventually, opening branch offices across the region. Today, we are still purpose-driven in our approach to community design, and we are still growing.  We have learned that communities thrive best when a diverse group of design professionals work toward a united vision.  So we have evolved into a comprehensive community design firm providing Community Planning, Landscape and Place Making, Traffic and Infrastructure Engineering, Surveying and Mapping, and Branding services. Working together, our Engineers, Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Urban Planners, Multi-modal Transportation Specialists, and Graphic Designers think beyond the basic requirements and entrenched assumptions to creatively design practical solutions that work for the project and enhance the greater community.  This holistic approach is not a luxury, it is a necessity, because we design better together. It results in more complete design solutions, better project delivery and more connected communities.  We call it Complete Design and we practice it every day. 50 years after the garage, we have grown into an award-winning regional community design firm with more than 60 professionals working from 4 regional offices who are dedicated to designing a better world. ...and we’re just getting started!
