Student Leadership Summit

What is SLS?

A Student Leadership Summit (SLS) is an event entirely planned by students, for students. The SLS is an opportunity to connect with students, faculty, and professionals from around the Mountain District. Planned events typically include presentations, technical tours, competitions, and networking. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, get your name out, and learn about developments in the transportation industry.

2026 Student Leadership Summit

The 2026 ITE Mountain District Student Leadership Summit will be hosted by Northern Arizona University, with support from the University of Arizona, in conjunction with the ITE Mountain District 2026 Annual Meeting in Flagstaff, Arizona on June 9th and 10th.

REGISTRATION:

To register for the 2026 SLS, go to the 2026 Mountain District Annual Meeting page, click on the Registration link, and include the "2026 MDITE Annual Meeting - Student Leadership Summit Add On" item in your cart. Registration for SLS is FREE and you don't need to purchase an annual meeting registration to add the SLS to your cart. Please note that the MDITE Annual Meeting is $75 for Student ITE members.
