Are You Interested In Becoming A Sponsor?

The success of the 2024 Annual Meeting depends on our wonderful sponsors! We greatly appreciate your support and do our best to provide a beneficial sponsor package to maximize sponsor exposure and gratitude.

We are offering standard sponsor packages for the overall meeting along with individual event sponsors such as lunches, breaks, cornhole tournament, and student traffic bowl, among others. Details of the various sponsorship levels and benefits will be posted on this page soon!

What’s in it for my company? Exposure! Recognition! Sponsors will receive exposure on our meeting website, Whova app, around the meeting venue, and during general sessions. Higher tier sponsors will also receive registration discounts and merchandise offerings.

Are you interested in becoming an Exhibitor?

Our 2024 Annual Meeting cannot be a success without the generous support of our vendors/exhibitors!

Out of the norm for our ITE Mountain District meetings, exhibitors at Big Sky will be right in the main conference areas in the Yellowstone Conference Center’s Upper and Lower Atriums. Exhibitors will have opportunities to present their brand, products, and services face-to-face with all attendees for the duration of the meeting. Vendor/exhibitor booth layouts will be posted to this page soon!

The Wednesday Night Vendor Social and Passport Contest provides easy access to professionals across the transportation industry and a seamless method to add connections to your network.

Vendor/exhibitor booths can be purchased using the links below. You will be contacted within 72 hours by the Exhibitor Subcommittee to finalize the details of your exhibitor purchase.
