Also check out the Technical Tours available (advanced registration required) to add to your itinerary.
With the meeting just two months away, I encourage everyone to register (Early Bird rates end April 10) and book hotel accommodations – you can use this link to view hotel information and book your stay.
I wanted to also remind you that there are scholarships available from the DEI Committee to help offset the costs of attending the annual meeting. The deadline to apply has been extended to April 19. Please check out the Annual Meeting Scholarships page for more information and to apply.
Attention Student Members: Don’t miss out on the 2026 Student Leadership Summit, held in conjunction with the annual meeting on June 9-10 in Flagstaff, AZ. With opportunities for project tours, career development workshops, networking and connecting with student chapters across the district, the SLS is a great way to sharpen your professional skills and meet transportation professionals from across the Mountain District!
And one more reminder for Student Chapters: the deadline for the Mountain District Student Awards for Outstanding Undergraduate Student, Outstanding Graduate Student, and Outstanding Educator is approaching April 3th. This is a great opportunity to recognize the future leaders of our industry. More information can be found here.
Lastly, keep an eye out for a new “look” for the Mountain District – changes are coming soon!
Hold on as we cruise into April, and summer will be right around the corner! Can’t wait to catch up and learn what you have all been up to this year. See you in Flagstaff!
