Ground Transportation and Driving

Flagstaff is situated in northern Arizona at the intersection of I-17 and I-40. I-17 provides a direct interstate connection from I-10 in the Phoenix area, and features newly constructed flex lanes for more efficient travel. I-40 provides a direct interstate connection from Albuquerque and provides connections to Nevada and Utah.  The High Country Conference Center is roughly 144 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Car

Driving from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: Take I-10 west towards Los Angeles out of the airport. After passing downtown through the tunnel take the exit for I-17 north to Flagstaff. Continue on I-17 for 140 miles to the interchange with I-40 and continue straight until I-17 ends. Continue straight on S Milton Rd until W Butler Ave. Turn right onto W Butler Ave and the High Country Conference Center will be on the right.

Rental car costs are estimated at around $60 - $120 per day. You will want to book early to guarantee availability and the newly renovated rental car facility at Phoenix Sky Harbor is accessible using the Phx SkyTrain, no shuttle required!
